Terms of use

These terms apply when you use MenuMate at menumate.net. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Questions go to contact@menumate.net.

1. The service

MenuMate lets restaurants and cafés publish a menu behind a QR code and receive orders from their tables. The service is free. If we ever add paid features, we will tell you before anything is charged, and nothing you use today will be charged without your agreement.

2. Your account

  • Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including the staff you invite.
  • You must be allowed to act for the restaurant or café you add.

3. Your content

You keep the rights to your menu, photos and logo. You allow MenuMate to store and show them so your menu works. Only upload content you have the right to use.

You are responsible for your menu: dish names, prices, allergens and other information guests rely on.

4. Orders and payment

MenuMate passes orders from guests to the restaurant. The sale is between the guest and the restaurant, and guests pay the restaurant directly. MenuMate does not take payments and is not part of the sale.

5. Fair use

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. We will tell you why, unless the law stops us.

  • Do not use MenuMate for anything illegal, misleading or harmful.
  • Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the service, or access accounts that are not yours.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep MenuMate running and your data safe, but we cannot promise the service will always be available or free of errors. We may change or improve features over time.

7. Responsibility

As far as the law allows, MenuMate is not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost sales, caused by using or not being able to use the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.

8. Ending your account

You can stop using MenuMate and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to contact@menumate.net.

9. Law and changes to these terms

These terms are governed by Tunisian law. If we change them, we will update this page and tell account holders by email before important changes take effect.
