Accept and manage orders

MenuMate lets customers order from the digital menu and helps your team track every order clearly.

Customer places an order

The customer scans the QR code, selects items, chooses dining mode when available, and sends the order.

Review the order

Open Dashboard → Orders and check the items, notes, table or customer information, and total.

Accept or reject

Accept orders you can prepare. If something is unavailable, reject or contact the customer before preparing.

Update the status

Move the order through preparing, ready, and completed so staff stay aligned.

Quick tips

  • Keep one device open on the orders screen during service.
  • Update sold-out items quickly to prevent repeated rejected orders.
